Breach of Galactic Law doesnt work

What expansions do you have installed?


Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, even though I'm in breach of Galactic Law, I dont suffer any penalties from it. In the print, you can see that I'm in breach of the "Military Readiness Act", and that "Minor Administrative Sanctions" have passed, but I'm not suffering any penalties from it. I attached the save file where you can see the bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Most likely will be fixed in the nemesis patch as the devs there look into the resolution mechanic amyway.
