Closing tweakergui windows crashes the game [3.1.1]

Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Attempting to close a tweakergui window in any way crashes the game. This includes starting/loading a game.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Open console
2. Type "tweakergui (anything)"
3. Close the window that pops up

Using 3.3.
Confirmed that it is, in fact, not fixed.

Just tested it with

tweakergui draw.background

and it works correctly.

I just tested the STRs again on the latest version. The bug doesn't trigger.
If you're still having issues, open a new ticket with appropriate STR.
