So my friend has been trying to play stellaris with us on console edition for a better bit of a month, they aren't able to stay connected. As in the they keep getting disconnected from their paradox account and sent back to the stellaris main menu. They would join our game, and after a minute or two, either the lobby of in game they would be kicked off.
They so far have tried the following to fix the problem: They have restarted the Xbox(just turning the console off and on), they also tried hard restarting(holding the Xbox button for a few seconds and then it turns off.) They also tried console restarted from the system>console info>restart console, and yet this still didn't fix the problem. They also tried reinstalling the game, they uninstalled the game, installed it on the internal SSD. They also logged out and logged back into the paradox account, and too the point of creating a new paradox account.
They bought the game itself, they have the game from gamepass, they are also console/game sharing with their SO who has bought the game as well. They don't have Xbox gold, they get that from their SO as they own Gamepass Ult.
We are exhausted all options and don't know what to do now. They are broke ass people and don't own a decent gaming PC, so console edition is the best we can do.
