Cracking a star with a Sterilization Hub

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have cracked a star with a Sterilization Hub 003 inside the system. The star turned to the black hole as intended, and all the worlds shattered too. Sadly, the Sterilization Hub, even cracked, isn't registered to be destroyed, and the Contignency did not go forward.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have the contignency crisis.
2. Reach it.
3. Crack the star with a Sterilization Hub planet (not sure if every Hub works like that).
4. Done.
