Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have all available DLCs enabled including Nemesis

Can't complete the survey of one of a specific star system, "Majek". I tell one of my science ships to survey the system, and it starts to, but then an anomaly window opens. It says the anomaly can't be researched because the planet is not surveyed, When I click leave be for now, the ship doesn't finish surveying, but just sits in the system. I tried several different science ships without any luck.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start the game
2. Load the attached save game.
2. Select a science ship
3. Order it to survey star system, "Majek"
4. When anomaly window opens click leave be for now,.

Observe that the system has not been surveyed .
