Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Bug 1: Their aliens were recently developed FTL but U didn't give them independents so the planet auto-became mine

side thing: Hey, if possible, could you please change the description of Aggressive interference, because apparently, you can't do any real diplomacy options while having this policy. It doesn't say anywhere in the description that you can't do this. it also doesn't say you can in Active Interface there
