Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the building is created on a planet (in my case the Uplink Node) the new jobs of Coordinators don't appear and connot be exploited by my pop. If i return to the main menu then and load back the game then the Jobs appear on my planet. This also appened in an other game with the building Robot Manufacturing Nexus where the jobs didn't appear when I was building the building on a planet and same as the Uplink Node if I reload the game the Jobs appear.
For info I have all DLC except for the Astral Plane
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I am using a Machine Intelligence. I build the building and then the jobs are missing, if from my save you build the building on a planet then you should see the missing jobs.
