Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The numbers for the evasion stats of your ship are not shown exactly in ship designer. for example it shows evasion 0.6% instead of 60%. This applies only for the ship designer if you look at already built ships it shows the correct stats.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Go to ship designer and look at the stats for evasion
