Planet Visuals not updating after terraforming

What expansions do you have installed?


Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Terraformed worlds by Nu-Baol Life Seeding or regular terraforming do not change to the proper visual type worlds on the star map until reload

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Terraform a planet using either method in the attached save

Also if you use a planet cracker or other colossus, nothing occurs to the planet visual.
