Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The incident with alternal dimension (Plight of the Beta-Universe) is not ending. I was bringing the "Homeworld-Beta" to our universe. After the end of the incident i was given a planet, but the incident was not ending (the bar is stucked on -1 point and did not moove for years). Also, there was no special event, that should occur after the end of incident.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Fave the Plight of the Beta-Universe incident
2. Chose the "Bring the Homeworld_name-beta to our universe"approach
3. Wait untill the incident is gone

Just got this quest for the very first time myself and same thing. Was about to post my own bug report. Looks like I've lost another 4+ hours on another game that cannot be finished (unless I didn't wait long enough? 20+ years...?)

Got this bug today, and I was gonna post this bug but there's plenty of duplicate threads on this already.

I'm paying the 45 energy upkeep forever, but the -30% research is not being deducted it seems.
