Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Prethoryn scourge managed to take a relic world, and it eventually ended up their capital, I dont know if that specifically matters.
But afterwords, it is their last planet, and it sits at 100% Devastation, and it has been for about 10 years in game now. still has not been destroyed and therefore my game cannot end.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get the Scourge
Have crappy AI let it take their worlds, including a Relic world
Destroy every planet apart from the Relic world
Cry alittle

Presumably, but I didn't take the Colussus Perk, so I, unfortunately, cannot do that. I do know that I will be taking it from now on though.
