Quick Multiclicking rewards gives duplicate rewards.

Quick/multi clicking rewards gives duplicate rewards.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
PDXCON Game with a Dev (Duplo)
1) Play in MP as anyone other than a host.
2) Complete a digsite that gives a reward. Probably also applies to anomalies and similar but this specific example is with digsites.
3) Click to accept the reward either really quickly (eg use an autoclicker) or while there is lag.
Observed Behavior:: you've received the reward multiple times
Expected Behavior: regardless of speed or timing or amount of clicking the reward should only be received once.
Check the capital in the attached save.
