Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started a new game with a Random empire generation. Empire turned out to be an impossible combo, humanoid species with Aquatic trait starting on a Savanna world, despite the trait requiring an Oceanic homeworld.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

I also have found this problem in my current game. I found a species with the aquatic with an arctic world preference.
