Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "Synthetic Age" AP is not accessible in the UI even when its activation conditions are met. (I am aware that gestalts/machine empires do not get access to this AP). All of the above DLC have been confirmed to be enabled. Using console commands can activate the "Synthetic Age" AP, but this is incompatible with Iron Man games. The AP is not visible at all as a greyed-out option when its conditions are not met, and still is not visible even when its conditions are met.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open AP menu while playing the appropriate empire that can use the "synthetic age" ascension perk.

Without a save file nobody can say, which one isn't true in your case.

Sorry, it's obvious once you mention it. Included is an example .sav file. In this save in particular I used console commands for unity and then filled out the requirements that way. (I moved forward with a different ascension in the original save I noticed this in - I hope this file is adequate. Either way what I saw on my end was the same.)

I don't think I'm tech savvy enough to read the file probably, let me know what you think. Thanks for the help!

It's actually the reverse; only machine empires (whether gestalt or individualist) get access to Synthetic Age. Organic (non-hive) empires get Synthetic Evolution instead (which is visible in one of your screenshots).

Ah, I was afraid my dumbassery was the problem, I could have sworn organics had access to that ascension. Thanks for the clarification!
