Stellaris crashes whenever I attempt to load a save file

Plantoids, Humanoids, Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Necroids, Nemesis, Aquatics, Overlord, Toxoids, Galactic Paragons
Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I try and load a specific save file in an ironman game stellaris crashes. Some other save files can be loaded just fine, but other machine empire save files crash too. I have no idea why this happened. I have tried these troubleshooting steps without success
Disable all mods
Verify Local Files (Steam) - Right Click Stellaris, Right Click Properties, Go to Local Files and click ""Verify Integrity of Game Files""
In the launcher, go to Settings, and change your Video Settings to Borderless Fullscreen or Windowed mode
(In Windows) Go to Settings, Add/Remove Programs, and Uninstall Paradox Launcher v2. After relaunching the game, let the launcher download updates, and restart the game again.
