Still having an issue with Mercenary Fleet Admirals

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After creating a Mercenary Enclave, it consumed my Admiral that was assigned to the fleet and there is now no Admiral. Previously in 3.7, the Admiral would show up on either the main fleet or the reinforcement fleet ( still was very annoying as it would take many months sometimes to get the admiral back on the fleet I have control of ), but in this version I do not see any admiral attached to either fleet.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a mercenary enclave.

I have the same bug. Not sure about 3.8.2, but in 3.8.1 the admiral occasionally appeared, however, I didn't manage to capture what triggered that.

The last admiral that i have used to creat the mercenary enclave have immediatly be remplaced by an other mercenary leader...
