With the 3.0 Dick update, robots were changed so that even basic robotic workers can fill technician jobs. However, robotic traits were not updated properly - the superconductive trait is still locked behind the droids technology. This was sensible before, as this trait was not useful for robots that couldn't fill the role anyways, but now it prevents players from choosing the appropriate traits.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Research robotic workers and machine template system, but not droids.
Create template for the robotic species.
Superconductive is not available for selection.
