Terraforming candidate doesn't remove modifier when terraforming to Hive or Machine world

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Terraforming candidate doesn't remove its modifier when terraforming to Hive or Machine world.
The valid option is to terraform first to arctic world for example, and then to Hive or Machine world.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Find terraforming candidate planet, terraform it to Hive or Machine world and it will have the modifier still available, ruining the overview in map mode and in system view.
