Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
From the launcher screen I clicked resume. The game loaded up, with no top UI bar. I could use hot keys to pause and pull up the menu, but the menu was invisible.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
No idea if it can be. Only occurred once out of five times hitting the "Resume" button from the launcher.

same issue. happened to me twice today, except that i loaded a save inside the game and top ui disappeared.
