UI dissapeard after reload

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
i savescummed for ideal leader traits and the 7. reload parts of the ui dissapeared, this happend to me the second time since 3.8. im using tiny outliner, but dont think thats the issue. I cant open(see) anything while the bug is there, no planets, no f1-10, no esc. in esc menu game still behaves like it would be open, but its obviously not visible and i cant select unvisible options sadly.
