I get this same error whenever I try to launch either Stellaris or Victoria 3. I don't own any other games to try with but I suspect the issue would be the same. I have verified all files multiple times, reinstalled multiple times, tried running from the game folder as an admin. I even uninstalled every paradox application, launcher and deleted every save file to start as clean as possible. no solution has worked and it's been like this since early november. Both games worked fine previous to the v2 launcher I believe but no work around I can think of has worked.

What happens if you run stellaris.exe and victoria3.exe directly from File Explorer? Any Windows error show then?
