Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing with a friend who has almost all dlcs, I was playing a non orbital species and he was playing a void dweller species. When I tried to use his species to take the Star Mall orbital it allowed his species pops to start colonizing the orbital but it never started using the bar to show colonization and kept changing the year it would finish.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a non orbital species from a player take a migration treaty from a void dweller and attempt to use the non orbital species empire to colonize a orbital habitat with the void dweller species.
