Ah you have a player mod installed, sorry but we do not support user made mods, for obvious reasons. You need to contact the makers of that mod for support.
Completely wipe the game from your system, then Wipe any mods from your system, do a fresh install from CD and only apply the 1.3a patch. If the problem still is there after that , then post back here.
