I don't recall reading a thread mentioning this, so I'll bring it up. The bug does not affect the gameplay in any way, but it is rather strange.
It was one of those lulls in the gameplay when I had nothing better to do to look around the map to see how my vassals were doing. I noticed one of them had a rebellion in one of his provinces. Now, I could've easily crushed this, but I thought it would be funnier if I could raise the smallest army possible and send it to get defeated by the rebels. And so I did. When this happened, the following screen popped up.
For the hell of it, I tried clicking on the "rebel" shield and lo and behold, next screen I get is this one.
So, all of a sudden, I'm able to interact with the rebel leader, who even has a name, Ulv Jonsson. I was even able to get a claim on his title, as you can see, which cost me prestige just like a regular title.
I then proceed to declare war on him, thinking I'll go and defeat the rebels in question to see what happens when I try to negotiate with the guy. I raise my army, but the rebels have disappeared and I cannot get back to the screen shown above. Everything back to normal, it seems. Except, I now have a claim on "rebels" and am at war with them.

Rebels however, are nowhere to be found. I then press the "|" key to look up a province and type in "rebels" and the map zooms in on the Nile River!
At that point I exited the game to post this thread, but I will definitely investigate this further. Has this happened to anyone else?
