OK get this, playing Prussia, going into Hannover. At this point I should have capture nearly all their territory.
However when my Prussian troops start to control territory it shows that Hannover is the one doing the capturing WTF?!!!?!?!?! Made it impossible to annex any territory what-so-ever.
No save game, I got pissed and quit out, but if I duplicate it I'll be sure to let y'all know.
