Whenever I move the map while the game is unpaused, it will stutter every 1-2 seconds, over and over again. This only happens while the game is unpaused, and I am panning the camera at the same time. Moving the map while the game is paused or vice-versa runs completely smoothly. Also, I only noticed this issue after upgrading to a new monitor, could the game be incompatible with FreeSync, or is it something else? I don't think it's due to my hardware being too weak as the game averages around 80-120fps normally.

My specs:
GPU: AMD RX480
CPU: Intel i5 4440
Monitor: 2560x1440 144hz FreeSync

Thanks in advance.

Is this right from the start of a new game? Or only in later game play, or after playing for a while?

It's not impossible, although no-one else has reported that so far as I know. Can you try turning it off or disabling it?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
