Stuttering performance

I got a new computer and should have recommended hardware specs covered, but I am experiencing some stuttering and low fps drops even when the graphics are set to low configuration.
I am running with the following specs:

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900F 2.40 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - Updated driver
RAM: 32GB 4400 MHz

Is anyone else running into this problem? Is there some issue with the hardware that I am using?

Yes, for me cpu usage goes to 100% and the games eats 10gb of memory around 1880s-1900s. Hope it will be optimized though...

I am having similar issues with a Ryzen 7 3800x, Radeon 5700XT and 32gb ram. After 1860/1870 the game becomes incredibly slow and the FPS becomes awful.

I'm in 1878 with Germany. 16 fps on speed 3. It's unplayable.
