Subscription Multiplayer Question

Hello Smart People,
I got a question about the DLC-Subscription.
If I buy the Subscription for 4,99 for EU4 will it be necessary for my friend (don't got any DLC) to buy it aswell to play Multiplayer with all DLCs with me or is one Subscription enough?

Only the host need the DLC, the rest will play with whatever DLC the host have.
