So I find the ai usage of deep space citadel to be deeply annoying and detrimental to fun so hear me out.
I was attacking the ai yesterday and jumping between fronts I noticed I had a fleet sitting at the exit of the system but would not leave, why?
Well for reasons unknown defeating a deep space citadel at long range does not mark it green, it will sit at 0 fleet power still marked as red. So the station is defeated and the interdiction is still working. You have ti get super close to them fir them to turn green and the ai always builds them on the edge of systems.
This means I have to go to each system and manually move to take these and late game when they have them in every system this is super annoying.
So please change the citadel to change green on defeat or reprogram the ai to build them near the starport.
