So if you skip Slavers bay as Dany, and marry Aegon, you never get Barristan Selmy revealed, nor do you or Aegon get Blackfyre. Those seem like things that should happen.

This mod is too dedicated for actual show. Playing Dany now is really boring because this mod simply cuts off and jumps into Westeros when events of book end.
Well if you go the slavers bay route, you get to maraud around Essos freeing slaves, but otherwise it'd a straight line from Qsryh to Pentos.
hang on can you get blackfyre? which event dose that? played dany yesterady and did the Slavers bay route. But i didnt get the sword.

Aegon gets Blackfyre if he takes the throne on his own, but not if he is married to Dany and she wins. In that situation it never surfaces.
Perhaps a less popular option, but could it be possible for Dany to settle her Kalassar in the dead city where they encamp for a while? Iirc she considered going back, while frustrated by lack of progress in Qarth.

There are lots of alternatives that would be cool.
Going to Asshai instead of Slavers Bay as that tricksy vision wanted, after leaving Qarth.
Not freeing the Slaves but trading one of your dragons for the Unsullied then taking them to Westeros, maybe with an option to come back for the Dragon after retaking the throne.
Not wanting to invade Westeros after Aegon wins if Aegon wins.
Stealing the Unsullied and sacking Astapor, but not freeing the slaves.
Also, places to get stuck, if you don't go after the unsullied but instead sail to volantis and on to pentos, those are two cities Dany's I want and I have dragons to take, rebellions could happen and lead to her getting stuck as queen or liberator of before being ready to go home.
Especially with the 'Marry Aegon and conquer Westeros with him' 'I guess I don't have a choice' event in Pentos, new option 'I am the Dragon', burn Aegon and Illyrio, invade Pentos, once conquered Pentos as the powerbase to invade Westeros or form a New Valyria from.
An option as Daeghaidh suggests to give up and become a one province count or vassal to someone would be great too. There are lots of ruins to give up and settle in.

Even on the main path, an option to stay as ruler of Astapor (instead of appointing a council), and or keep moving on after sacking Mereene, without waiting for the later events, or to respond to the Sons of the Harpy by massacring the masters entirely, or a chance for the marriage to Hizdar to actually work as intended- there are lots of points the event tree could branch.
Also, if Dany takes Volantis there should be an option for her to convert to Rhlorr, as they seem to view her as a messiah. Which is actually quite reasonable, if you think about it. Red God is all about Fire magic and Blood magic, dragons are fire made flwah, etc. She could then get the chosen one trait and the Fiery Hand holy order as troops.

How about fixing a bug when the Golden Company just sits on their asses in Pentos while you fight for the Iron Throne
This seems to be better lately, last few times I tried they actually contributed.
As regards the Golden Company, I still maintain they should stay on as a varangian style mercury unit. Alternately if you have 'spare' land after the recon quest (I often end up with all of Crackclaw point, and typically a few random others, not counting revocations) then your supporters in exile should petition for them. If they have claims they should also ask you to disposses the current holder in their favor.
To track who has served in the GC, we could rephrase the Varangian trait, as some of the events already show up.
