After bomb event + catch meteor few game mechanics are broken in game.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
few my colonist non stop dying. They animation are on loop stand => die. And still get it info "a colonist has died". Pretty annoying.
More over cant terraform/flatten territories any more.

I was had it event with "bomb" test to earn some money.
=> From that time me wasnt able use flattening tool.
I get it money, dust storm, and at same time my rocket activated meteor shower witch destroyed my oxygen storage so in my colonies colonist start suffocated. 1/3 of colonist died, but few ended on never ending loop.

Im not remember me not played long time, but after me reach liquified water all my lakes should generate humidity terraforming progress, but even with 25% temperature+ they not working.
Im attaching my actual game save.
Can you replicate the issue?
Me can only guess bomb event + catch meteor by rocket. When they trigger at "same time" game go broken.
