Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I send an RC explorer to research an Anomaly, I get 2 results, the one I expect (research points / reveal techs) and an "event anomaly" like finding a metal deposit, getting a genius, or spawning dust devils.

Can you replicate the issue?
yes, this happened over multiple games I started. I have the Sept 2021 Update, but not the DLC.

Had the same happen to me, and many events triggered quite a few times, for example I have now 80% discount on engineering research.

Same here. It might only happen for Deep Anomalies though.

I don't think so. It started happening for me quite early.

Also seeing this issue, Anomalies repeat and almost everyone give a % discount on research

I have this problem too. Found Beagle 2 at least three times on one playthrough.
