Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A random anomaly event pops up, so, I go to check on the anomaly, and boom, it's beneath a dome.
Can't send a rover to it, can't do anything with it.
Can you replicate the issue?
No - save game attached. Anomaly in question is pinned.
