Description
Bug: Buildings lose containing resources when converted to prefab

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
1007874

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Colony Design Set, Project Laika

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a building that produces resources (in my case I had the Micro-G Auto Extractor for asteroid resources) is converted to prefab, all of the containing resources are lost (only a box of waste rock is still retained); they are not dropped on the ground like with the demolition of buildings. The resources are not restored when the prefab is next built.

One case also happened when I tried to prefab a Food depot with some 1000+ food resources -- all the food were lost after the prefab conversion.

I would understand if resources such as stored water & electricity were lost, but matter resources should not disappear that way. Consider fixing.

Can you replicate the issue?
Recurring for buildings that store resources. (Fuel refinery seems to be fine when converted, but all buildings should still be checked for consistency)
