Bug (UI panel): Rockets not showing resource list

My rockets are not showing their resource breakdowns on the UI panel, presumably since they returned from any mission/trade. I have at least one rocket returning with a load of food from a trade with a rival colony, but the food does not show in the menu at all. Only those immediately arrived from Earth did not have this issue.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Sending any rocket to any Mars mission or trade would result in the rocket returning with this issue on the UI panel.
