Do you have Space Race installed?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Using a save from before the Sept 7th update, seeds do not appear available to buy from earth. Geoengineer as Commander.

Can you replicate the issue?
Tried a number of saves with the same outcome.
