Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I bought the DLCs (Project Laika, Space Race, Colony Design Set, Song Contest) ytd and when I played tdy I found that I can't reshape the surface of Mars anymore. No mater flattening or building a slope.
As shown in the attachment, the description on the right had popped out as usual but light blue coating layer was disappeared.
P.S. I didn't use any mods.
