Colonists and drones stuck at farm's output

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Drones keep ignoring tasks like supplying grocery and dinery in favor of doing nothing around empty farm's output, multiple colonists are staying in same spot over farm's output and overlap each other. I have 2/3 full food stockpile. Dinery and grocery are empty and max-priority, were that way for a while now.

Might be related to me turning that farm off at some point or to an 'unowned rocket with food' event (farms having reduced productivity for 10 sols), before that event drones were working fine.

Latest hotfix seems to *mostly* fix the issue for me. I had this bug affecting three farms. Two farms I was able to demolish and rebuild just fine. I noticed that the storage pads with <1 unit of food in them went away when I placed a new construction, not when the old construction was demolished. For the third farm there seems to be a storage pad with 0.2 units of food in it that won't go away, even after cancelling t he build of a new farm and replacing it several times. The build for this third farm is stuck in "The construction site is being cleared." whenever I place it and whether or not a construction is ordered drones keep coming by to attempt and fail to pick up the 0.2 food on a loop. I also tried placing a different construction in the spot with no success, still stuck waiting for the site to be cleared.

Edited to add: I just restarted the game to make sure it wasn't some stuck logic or something. Sadly, still no change on this last of three farm spot.

2nd Edit: I found a workaround for anyone having similar trouble. I turned off all the food distribution buildings in this dome (grocer, diner) to force colonists to attempt to pick up raw food from storage. They went to in-dome storage first and did take at least some of the 0.2 food left in this storage pad. I didn't see it happen unfortunately, but it was enough to get the drones to clean up the rest and I could build a farm again.

So there's the workaround, force colonists to pick up some of what the drones don't.

Same exact problems as stated in this post. Been having to manually pick up the food with my drones and order them to deliver it to the diners etc. with varying success. Will try to rebuild all my farms to see if it helps. Sucks having to rebuild farms that I have improved the soil quality of.
 
My experience after fix. I have at least one bugged farm and 1 leftover stockpile from demolished farm with 0 food.

After update bugged farm is still bugged, ok that is expected. Bugged stockpile with 0 food is also still in place. I build new farm over leftover stockpile, I'll hope it will be ok when the new food grows.

Now about bugged farm. I have demolished bugged farm, and got leftover stockpile, bugged colonist are gone but all bugged drones swarming around are still here.
I rebuild farm over leftover stockpile - drones still swarming, I demolished farm blueprint before the start of construction, and some drones like 5 or 10 suddenly get food on their backs from empty stockpile! But, "empty" stockpile is still here. I repeated process of building new farm over leftover "empty" stockpile, each time drones get some food out of thin air, and after process was repeated 2 or 3 times stockpile is gone with demolished blueprint.
 
I also have the same problem and I’m also unable to rebuild the farm because of 0.2 food laying on a temporary depot.
However, the depot eventually disapeared, and now the ground is clear again.

It’s a bit sad not to have a dev console to respawn a new farm for free, because giving the soil degradation and all, I lost ~300 units of food.
