Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I made a new game where I disabled terraforming. No terraforming is checked. In the game the status for water, atmosphere and so on are hidden. In the window where I choose the researches the column for terraforming is still present and new topics are added and are choosable.
Can you replicate the issue?
I tried several times with a new game. Always the same
