The drone factory requires 0 electronics to build parts, so the ressources are 0/0 constantly, so the drone factory can't process any ressources, and then the Factory doesn't produces anything.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, by creating a drone factory. Constantly 9 workers in it but created nothing because no ressources needed
