Flatten and Ramp not working

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When selecting the flatten or ramp tools the grid function doesn't come up and clicking anywhere to perform the function does nothing

Can you replicate the issue?

Also, the R/T or middle click to adjust the tool size do nothing

Exact same thing for me this evening (in Brisbane). the functions worked fine 6 hours ago.
I would add that when experimenting with the other terraforming functions - such as changing to sand - they still work.
I have the game on EPIC. No Space Race. No mods. Restarted tha game and then computer and tried earlier saves and ran the Verify function in the UI. No dice.

Same issue happening for me, and is new this morning after what appears to be a Steam update this morning - Build ID 7299998 Installed Sept 7, 2021 at 8:55AM Eastern.

I experience the same issue, but only with the flatten option.
