Game crashes on Paradox intro [WIN10]

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Just at starting the game it crashes on the Paradox Logo screen with a ntdll error. I let the repair check the windows files with no luck.
Update:
When the Computer was suspended and comes back the game actually runs. I don't know what makes the difference for launching the game after Windows was suspended...
I hope somebody can help me here.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, on every start of the game.
