Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
clearing areas underground sometimes creates invisible walls displayed as the yellow squares (see screenshot) these are impossible to pass making it impossible to get to anomalies sometimes. clearing and re clearing area doesn't get rid if them.

I could replicate your issue, in my save file, a floating debris was blocking the clear tool. Since my RC Dozer was able to clear the debris in auto mode, i didn't pay too much attention or report the issue.
I really hope this info can help you.

my dozer is in auto mode it still won't pass. the invisible wall prevents it going any furthur

finally got rid of them reload your save and they vanish. still annoying though
