MANY BUGS occurs after the update 1007783!!!!!!!!!

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1. Flatten and ramp are not functioning
2. Cannot transfer passengers from earth
3. Birth control toggle is not functioning (I have BAN birth in ALL domes but birth rate is still raising)
Please fix the bugs asap
