Nusery issues

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Children will only move into nursery within a dome if other, non-nursery living spots are open. Eg, I have 4 nurseries with no current inhabitants and one full apartment - the second I kick one person out of the apartment, children move into the nursery spots but will otherwise not move in.

Confirmed this is still an issue in version 228,184.

no children would move into this dome until I found this bug report and added the living quarters, then all the children flocked to the dome.

I've been having the same issue. I have two domes with nurseries and schools (and some apartments too) and dome preferences set to accept children. All other domes are set to not have children, yet there are no children in the domes they're supposed to be in. All the nurseries are empty and most of the children are homeless in the other domes. Nothing I've tried fixes it except manually relocating the homeless children, but after 5 sols all the children are gone again. I have about 50 homeless kids and 8 vacant nurseries.

I'm running an up to date Mac version.
