Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing a vanilla game with only Deluxe Upgrade pack DLC installed. I started it before the recent update.
The passenger rocket menu no longer lists any option and is a mostly blank screen with no exit besides using a hotkey.

Can you replicate the issue?
Within this particular save file, yes. If I start a new game the passenger list functions normally.
Interestingly, if I load a much earlier auto save from the same playthrough, the passenger menu also still works.
I was only using the "sherlock" mod and it is disabled now.

I am having the same issue,

Steam App ID 464920, Build ID 7299998 (Updated today 7th Sept)
No DLC, No mods installed.

Affects both my existing savegame files. Does not appear to affect new games.

Same here, save attached. Same build and update as Makazaru. Seems this issue started with this build.

Anyone know how to roll back a Steam update? :-(

Same issue with old save.
Have latest update and all DLCs except for Below and Beyond

Do you mean like ALT-F4 to kill the game, or have you found some way to exit the menu at least? I've just been killing the game.

It's not working for me either. I can't even exit that menu once I click into it, I have to close the game entirely

Sorry should've mentioned. I was able to get out with the P key. Not a hotkey person in this game, so it's likely a standard bind.

Yes, you can exit that menu screen by pressing P key, which is default binding for "Resupply Screen"

Thanks for the tip, though I suppose going back in the bug is still present and pretty gamebreaking for me where I'm at in the game .

I'm having the same issue - can't send anyone new to Mars in my lategame save. I can send Cargo rockets and Space Elevator and Supply Pods - those menus all work correctly. But passengers is blank other than the top information (e.g. rocket name, Rocket Capacity). Not great....Is there a way to roll back a Steam update until they fix this?

I found some guides for doing this using SteamCMD, but haven't tried it. I suspect Paradox will roll this back pretty quickly since it's completely game-breaking.

I guess it's pretty standard for major updates like this to break previous saves, but the fact that this update was announced with about a week's notice and there is no way to roll back to a previous version to finish an existing playthrough is pretty annoying, to put it mildly... :/

Passenger resupply dialog doesn't accept any interaction on PS4 version 1.24 without below and beyond expansion is in save game created before 1.24 release either.
Seems to work in new game.

OxfordNik -- I blame Steam as much as Paradox TBH. Would be nice if Steam had a clean way to roll back a release.
