Patch fixed nothing, colonists still stuck at food depot

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Once again, colonists are stuck at my food depot (maybe 13 to 20 of them). I cannot demolish the building as it needs to be emptied first, but it can't be emptied as it's blocked. I cannot turn it off or lower the priority, drones continue to get stuck at it (see attached image). I've placed new food depots and storage options near and far from the area, messed around all morning trying to fix it.
'hotfix coming this Monday' does my picture look fixed to you guys?
