Planned builds disappear when world switching

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i plan to build cables, pipes, passages etc, and continue to enter the underground, most of my planned build, disappear. So if i told drones to build a pipe, some cable and a passage, i would have to wait for it to be build, before i would enter the underground. Or it would be canceled. You can also see when inside the underground, the pipes being build above. But when i go back up, the pipes are missing. Just noticed it now, its true for power cables and pipes. You can see the pipes in the image.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Just plan to build some pipes and cable. Then you enter the underground for a minute, come back and see most of it canceled.
