Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Beyond Earth mystery - rocket to port vesta not refueling

The rocket has been loaded with the required goods, with exception of fuel - Although there is plenty of fuel left in direct vicinity with drones and depot, the rocket refuses to fuel, causing the negative effects of being late and ultimately failing the mission.

Tried rebuilding a new drone hub nearby (read this somewhere on reddit)

Forcing/changing priority is not fixing the issue, building a new depot next to it is not helping either.

nb, Tested with loaded and unloaded mods

Any thoughts?

Disabling mods does not remove effects they have already has on the colony. Does this ever happen in a colony that's never had any mods used in it?

And what actual mods are they please?

I indeed thought so that disabling the mods wouldn't impact this situation itself as it's already there.
Mods loaded are CGIMod + AutoGatherTransport + StellarisMusic mod.

I never played this mystery vanilla yet so I wouldn't be able to say.

Tbh, I don't think there will be a solution for this issue as it sounds a one-time occurance but a lot of time was spend in this setup, hoping to keep it :p
