Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems that the game tries to avoid displaying the fraction of a number if it's zero. But this detection seems to be broken.
Watching the amount of ressources in a mine might sometimes end up like
366.4 ... 366.2 ... 365 ... 365.8
Or the storage of a industry like
0.7 ... 0.8 ... 0 ... 1.1
Its not always the case though.
Can you replicate the issue?
